Our Approach
Infra Projects will:
- Maintain a documented OH&S management system appropriate to the scope of our civil works
- Conduct site-specific risk assessments and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for all applicable activities
- Provide safe systems of work, plant, equipment, and materials
- Ensure workers are competent, trained, and supervised for their assigned tasks
- Require subcontractors to meet the same safety standards as our direct workforce
- Monitor site conditions and address hazards promptly
- Investigate incidents and near misses to prevent recurrence
Worker Responsibilities
All workers and contractors are expected to:
- Take reasonable care for their own health and safety
- Follow site safety rules, procedures, and instructions
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately
- Participate in safety briefings, inductions, and training
Consultation & Communication
We encourage open communication on health and safety matters and consult with workers on:
- Hazard identification and risk control measures
- Changes that may affect workplace safety
- Improvements to safety procedures and practices
Continuous Improvement
We regularly review our OH&S practices to:
- Monitor performance
- Address emerging risks
- Improve safety outcomes across all projects
